KEP Services Limited (‘KEP’, ‘We’, or ‘Us’) collects and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy. This document describes KEP’s practices in connection with the information we collect in connection to our business and by using kep.co.ke (the Website’), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. KEP will provide individuals with reasonable mechanisms to exercise their choices.

Marketing and Promotion

If at any time you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional materials from us, you may send us an email. In addition, each time we send you and e-mail marketing message, we give you the option to unsubscribe from the email list by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in the email.

Interaction with External Social Networks and Platforms

KEP allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the Website’s pages. The interaction and information obtained by these platforms are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. If a service enabling interaction with social networks is installed it may still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when users do not use it.
